Migrated 12 client apps from expensive cloud hosting to 2 optimized VPS nodes. Built a complete DevOps stack with Docker Compose, Nginx reverse proxy, GitHub Actions CI/CD, Certbot SSL, and Uptime Kuma monitoring.

BASH2× VPS (8GB RAM, 4 vCPU) → Docker Compose per app → Nginx reverse proxy with upstream blocks → Certbot auto-SSL → GitHub Actions webhook trigger → Uptime Kuma dashboard
